In the regulations section, it refers to the general orders, there should be a link to this document there.  Also, I think it should be under additional resources with the following write up.  “All chicken producers in BC are subject to these General Orders which outline the rules and regulations they must follow”. 

Recommended Codes of Practice for the Care and Handling of Poultry (pdf, 232kb)
This is a voluntary code for producers to follow that provides recommendations for high standards of care in commercial, research and small-scale operations from the hatchery through the farm and on to the processing plant.
